Steve Schiefen joined Radianse in 2003 to build the customer service organization, advancing both customer satisfaction and the processes and procedures essential to effective service and support delivery. As chief operating officer, he has strengthened relationships with the Radianse installed base, played an increasingly greater role in closing new business and is respected as a hands-on leader who masters every detail to assure customer success. His experience covers a breadth of technologies including radio communications, IT infrastructure, Internet services and networking. He has held high-impact positions across R&D, IT consulting, project management and systems integration. Prior to joining Radianse, he was director of operations at The System Distributors, (TSD, Inc.) where he developed the company's first 24x7 support operation. Paul Tessier, Co-founder
Director and Chief Technology Officer

Radianse co-founder Paul Tessier has been at the forefront of the company’s significant accomplishments – from the technological commitment to making RTLS safe and effective for patient tracking to the ability to offer hospitals a way to leverage their wireless networks without compromising location accuracy. He is the company’s lead in strategic partner agreements and technology direction. Prior to co-founding Radianse, his talent for making well-engineered and profitable products kept him moving from one major product launch to another at Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies (now Philips Healthcare). For 30 years, across engineering, marketing and management he has established a strong track record for identifying healthcare market needs, applying available technology, and successfully releasing products. His significant contributions to the release of dozens of medical products represent in excess of $1 billion in revenue. His passion for engineering excellence resulted in above average profitability and below average warranty expenses. He holds three patents for wireless medical devices. He has a BSEE with honors from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
