T-100 Series, Disposable Patient Bracelet Tag
The Radianse T-100 Series active-RFID tag is built into a lightweight, flexible and attractive patient bracelet, which is both durable and extremely functional. The single-use tag is engineered with inherent high-end location tracking capabilities at an attractively low cost-per-use.

The T-100 tag can be used hospital-wide for monitoring all patients, from the point of entry into a healthcare facility to the time they are discharged. Configuration and data entry has been simplified and only takes seconds per patient for the RFID bracelet tag to be enabled.

The tag has a battery life of 30 days, which will handle the majority of all typical patient hospital stays. The tag is designed for single patient use and is disposable. The band is of a similar design and material found in most patient bracelets current used in healthcare today, with the addition of ultra-thin active-RFID micro-circuitry and battery embedded right in the ultra-thin wrist band.

T-400 Series, Patient and Asset Tag
Radianse T-400 Series ID-Tags are highly durable, tamper-resistant and programmable. A remarkably long battery life greatly reduces maintenance and the total cost of ownership.

Authorized users can find any tagged device from a simple easy-to-use web-based interface. Two programmable buttons on the tag give you the flexibility to design customized alert notifications. For example, pressing a button may indicate that a device needs servicing or is ready for return. A button can alert an asset management application that preventive maintenance is complete.

T-600 Series, Staff and Asset Tag
The Radianse T-600 Series active-RFID tags are designed to easily attach to high value assets or staff members, allowing you visibility to real time location data. Offered in two configurations one tag is ideal for attaching to equipment of any shape or size and the other tag easily clips to a staff member's clothing or hangs via a lanyard.

By simply placing the small Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag on any piece of equipment, patient, visitor or staff member, you begin to obtain a whole new level of visibility in your healthcare environment. The Radianse Reveal Platform automatically collects precise location-based data from tagged items enabling a host of software applications that deliver intelligent solutions for healthcare.

Authorized users can find any tagged device from a simple easy-to-use web-based interface. Advanced applications will assist in managing rental equipment, tracking equipment utilization, implementing preventative maintenance schedules and staff optimization.

T-600T Series, Temperature Monitoring Tags
The Radianse T-600T Series Temperature Monitor ID-Tags are specially designed to measure, monitor and report accurate temperature data. The tag is used in mission critical blood, tissue, organs, food and other medical related storage applications to prevent avoidable loss.

This Series also features superior active-RFID location tracking, which brings an important level of visibility and asset management to your clinical staff. Mobile blood coolers, bags and even individual units can be instantaneously accounted for and quickly located (room level accuracy).

The ID-Tags can be placed inside a storage refrigerator or mobile cooler and will accurately and continuously send critical temperature data, ensuring that the blood product always meets the required storage temperature standards. The Radianse Reveal Platform will accurately monitor temperature with an accuracy of +/- 1.0°C.
